Posterior Lumbar Surgical Fusion and Subsequent Condition

This exhibit is split in two sections. It begins with the posterior approach to bone fusion and segmental instrumentation of L4, L5 and S1. Please refer to exh82316a to see the anterior approach of the lumbar bone fusion of this same case. The second section of the presentation shows a worsening of the condition with further disc herniations, disc bulging, retrolisthesis of L2 on L3 and bilateral neural foramina encroachments at L3-4 and L5-S1 deforming the exiting L3 and L5 nerve roots.
