ID: exh81771
This is a single custom board with a large figure illustration and three separate insets. The figure shows the overall condition of the patient and orientation for the three side insets. The first inset includes a close up of the heart and surrounding lung tissue to illustrate the exact locations of the many thrombi throughout the vessels, as well as the main large one in the right ventricular chamber up to the pulmonary arteries. The second inset is a close up of the IVC filter in the inferior vena cava and the blood clots that are adhered to it’s wires. The third inset shows the thrombi within the deep veins in the right and left legs.
