This is a single board exhibit with two pre-operative condition images, one anterior and one inner lateral view, and four steps of the surgery performed.rnrnThe anterior pre-operative image illustrates the patient’s right shoulder with AC joint compression, an inflamed bursa, and impingement of the supraspinatus muscle from the affected AC joint. The lateral view goes inside the shoulder joint to show a tear in the posterior labrum of the glenoid cavity.rnrnThe four steps include the insertion of the arthroscopic instruments used, the deriding of the labrum tear, the removal of acromion and clavicle bone growth by a burr, and the removal of the bursa by a shaver.
