This exhibit begins with two illustrations of the left shoulder illustrating the pre-operative condition: acromioclavicular joint spurring, bursitis, rotator cuff tears, biceps tendon tear, and chondromalacia of the glenoid. Next, multiple steps of the surgical repair are illustrated, including the insertion of arthroscopic instruments into the shoulder joint, debridement and release of the biceps tendon, debridement of the rotator cuff and acromioclavicular joint, conversion to open procedure, and rotator cuff repair.
