August 2023 Product Update: What's New in Version 3.2?

Placement of Spinal Cord Stimulator

ID: exh75998
This medical exhibit begins with an intra-operative image representing the Stage 1 procedure. The patient's back is shown and an open incision reveals the posterior T9-10 vertebrae, with the inferior lamina and spinous process of T9 removed and the paddle electrode array in place at the T8-9 interspace. The temporary leads are visible beneath the skin and a Surgeon's hands are shown creating a subcutaneous pocket for their storage in the right flank. An inset of a sagittal view of the thoracic spine shows the paddle electrode array within the epidural space at the T8-9 interspace in greater detail.
