Also, the previously placed bone stimulator shows transparently beneath the skin surrounded in red to symbolize the pain caused by this hardware. Also,the key steps of the surgical procedure includes the removal of the stimulator leads, the transection of the plantar fascia and the flexor hallucis longus lengthening procedure to release the toe contracture.
