This exhibit depict a female with posterior left 8th and 9th rib fractures, spleen lacerations, right lobe of liver laceration, lacerations of left side of the face and ear, comminuted fracture of the left sacral ala, comminuted fracture of the anterior column of the acetabulum, comminuted fractures of the left symphysis pubis and inferior pubic ramus. Also there is left shoulder injuries, left ulnar nerve impingement and multiple left sided body abrasions.
