Third Spine Surgery (Part 2): Surgical Decompression and Stabilization of Pseudoarthrosis

This exhibit shows the second part to a complex spine surgery. Bone graft mass augmentation has taken place over L2 and L3, now bilateral foraminotomies and partial facetectomies are performed at T10-11, T11-12 and T12-L1 decomposing the spinal canal. The impinging bone fragment is removed and the epidural granulation mass is meticulously removed from the dural sac. Rods are tighten to the pedicle screws from T10 down to L3.
