Thoracic Spine Injuries with Surgical Decompression and Multilevel Fusion

In this series of illustrations a compression fracture of T4 is depicted and there is disc herniation at T4-5 with endplate attached impinging the spinal cord. An incision is made from T2 down to T6, laminectomy is performed in multiple levels and the extruded disc and bone are removed. Bone fusion is made from T2 to T6 and hardware is placed from T3 down to T6.
