The posterior view illustrates the infraspinatus tendon tear. Also, the key steps of the surgical procedure including the insertion of the arthroscopic instruments, the arthroscopic repair of the anterior labral tears and the decompression of the subacromial space, as well as the creation of the open incision and the open repair of the rotator cuff tears are illustrated.
