rnThis medical exhibit consists of three sections. rnThe first features an enlarged anterior view of the right hand and wrist revealing the skeletal anatomy and various ligaments of this region including the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) showing the pre-accident condition with a small central perforation tear of the TFCC.rnrnNext, the second portion of the exhibit depicts the arthroscopic procedure featuring the debridement of the TFCC complex. The third part of this exhibit is devoted to the ulnar shortening and fixation surgical procedure.
