Left Lower Leg Fractures with Initial Surgical Repairs

This exhibit begins with a skeletal view of the left lower leg showing that the tibial fracture site which has not healed. The previously placed side plate and screws are shown in place and the area of non-union is clear. The next images include the removal of the previously placed hardware, the placement of the bone graft material and the insertion of the intramedullary fixation rod. The final image is based off of the post-operative x-ray.
