The soft tissues are included in this image and it is very clear that this fracture caused a great deal of soft tissue damage. The post-operative condition is based on a film study and shows the internal fixation hardware in place. The subsequent condition is based on the latest film study available The internal fixation hardware is shown in place and the fractures will be healed. The irregularity of the bone is the focus of this illustration. The development of arthritis is indicated.
