Severe Cervical Spinal Stenosis and Neck Pain with Multilevel Posterior Decompression and Fusion

This exhibit begins with one lateral view of the cervical spine illustrating the pre-operative condition. This image clearly reveals the severe spinal stenosis, as well as the evidence of the previous anterior fusion at C5-6. Next, four key steps of the posterior decompression and fusion procedure are illustrated in graphic detail based on the operative dictation form the procedure. Finally, an actual x-ray film print of the post-operative condition is included. This image reveals the fusion hardware in place from C2 down to C7.
