Child's legs with an enlargement of the bones of the right knee joint showing the post-accident Salter fracture with involvement of the femoral condyle growth plate.rn2. Young adult's legs with the right leg 3cm shorter than the left. It will be shown with persistent swelling, and labeled as painful, subjective to buckling, popping, clicking, and with loss in range of motion as compared to the left side. rnThe enlargement showing the bones depicts the healed fracture, shortened femoral condyles and onset of post-traumatic arthritis to the joint. rn
