The first images illustrate the posterior midline incision from C3 to C6. The second shows the insertion and securing of lateral mass screws and rods bilaterally from C3 to C6. The final images illustrate the process of harvesting bone graft from the left posterior iliac crest and being implanted to the sides of the posterior hardware.
