Radiofrequency Ablations

This exhibit uses four illustrations to depict the procedure of burning out the affected nerve branches from C5 to C7. The first illustration is a posterior view showing the bilateral positioning of the needles. The next three images are of a superior view of one of the cervical vertebrae affected and illustrate the position of the needles, the heating up of the needles on the nerves branches, and then the removal of the needles after the affected portion is lesioned away.
