Pelvic Crush Injuries with Initial Surgical Repairs

This exhibit depict a right side displaced fractures of the sacrum, superior and inferior pubic rami and a right side perianal laceration. Also here depicted is a post-operative condition of the pelvis with hardware in place over the superior pubic rami bilaterally. Exploratory laparotomy and transverse loop colostomy procedures were performed prior to stabilizing the pelvis.
