This exhibit consist of 2 main images that shows the levels of L3-4 and L4-5 discs that are to be injected with a dye to perform discograms at these levels. A superior view of the L4-5 disc is shown already injected with dye giving the test positive results. The combination of bilateral posterolateral radial tears, hypertrophy of the facet joints and ligamentum flavum results in spinal stenosis and nerve root impingements.
