This stock medical exhibit begins with one anterior skeletal view of the left shoulder illustrating the pre-operative condition. Images clearly reveal a near full thickness tear of the supraspinatus muscle tendon and a Type-2 acromion with impingement. Also, three to four steps of the arthroscopic repair procedure show the following: A- Arthroscopic instruments being inserted. B- Debridement of the rotator cuff tear. C- Acromioplasty. D- Placement of suture anchor for rotator cuff repair.
