Left Mid Foot Arthrodesis

Post traumatic arthritis of the mid foot include: the cuboid, navicular, medial cuneiform, middle cuneiform and lateral cuneiform. There is collapse and avascular necrosis of the navicular, head of the talus and medial cuneiform. Drebridement is performed and bone is resected creating a defect where a tricortical bone graft is wedged into position. Cancellous bone graft harvested from the ilium is placed over the mid foot to sure the bones. A plate is affixed with screws to the medial cuneiform and neck of the talus.
