Left Knee Injuries with Surgical Repair

This exhibit depicts the following injuries: a hypertrophic medial plica, tear of the anterior cruciate ligament, tear of the posterior horn of both, the medial and lateral meniscus. Arthroscopic surgery is performed to perform partial meniscectomy, resection of the synovium and medial plica. Also, the ACL is replaced with an anterior cruciate allograft and hold in place with two cross fix pins proximally and a screw distally.
