This exhibit is the continuation of a complex spine surgery which here shows removal of the lamina at T11, removal of disc material at T11-12, repair of the theca sac lacerations with sutures and reinforced with DuraGen. Tisseel is used for a watertight dural closure. Rods are affixed to the pedicles screws already in place bilaterally from T10 to L1.
