Electrocution Burns with Amputation. This exhibit reveals multiple images illustrating the surgical amputation of a severely burned left arm below the shoulder following a severe electrocution injury. Images include the initial appearance, deep debridement of dead burned tissues and muscles, use of a gigli saw to cut the humeral bone, cutting of the final soft tissue attachments to complete the amputation and remove the arm.
