Closed Reduction and Traction Pin Placement for Left Hip Dislocation

ID: exh76453a
This exhibit essentially depicts two procedures: first begin with manipulation of the leg to bring the dislocated femur into place, followed by applying a traction mechanism in the distal femur to maintain the femur in anatomical position until surgery takes place to repair the acetabular comminuted fracture. This exhibit is similar to exh74371a but the later one places the traction mechanism in the proximal tibia.
