C4/5 Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion with Instrumentation

This medical exhibit features an orientation of the head and neck showing the location of the injury at C4/5. A detailed pre-operative enlargement of the cervical spine featuring a sagittal MRI print with the main area of interest illustrated in full color directly over the film evidence. Then, next to the above, several key steps of the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with instrumentation procedure will be shown: incision and exposure of the spine, discectomy and preparation of the vertebral bodies for grafting, placement of interbody fusion graft implant, placement of anterior instrumentation and screws C4/5 and a post-operative X-Ray film print with hardware in place (*Post-op X-Ray film required- AP view preferred).
