Anterior and Posterior Cervical Spine Fusion - exh82846
This medical exhibit will consist of six main illustrations. The first illustration shows the corpectomies being performed during the anterior portion of the surgery. The second illustration depicts the placement of the implant into the spine. The third illustration shows the application of the anterior plate. The fourth illustration shows the placement of the screws into the posterior spine. The fifth illustration portrays the attachment of the rods to the screws. The sixth illustration is a lateral view of the postoperative condition of the cervical spine. The bones will be drawn so that all placed hardware will be clearly visible. This illustration will be based directly off of the radiology films. A print of the film is placed adjacent to the illustration.
